Pause your life...
The choice matters, thoughts matter, the direction, the perspective, the way of looking at life and its 'daily-new-gifts and lessons' - matter. Once, in a small hall of a small town, entered an unnoticed philosopher named Samarpit. In a hall full of crowd, he entered with a glass of water with some water in it. As predicted, he asked raising that container "what do you think I'm gonna say?". The whole hall echoed in one dull voice, "Is the glass half empty or half full?" they shouted with a boo. "And what if i say i don't wanna say that, but something else?". "Then you will say it is the like problems in life, the longer we hold on to it the heavier it gets..." said a faint voice from the corner of the room, a famous philosopher attending that meet. "Very true, Sir" but to their surprise, he answered "No." again! Then taking a sip, he smiled, "Pause your life... rather than just focusing on a glass that's half empty or half full or on how long can you hold that glass, try to think - you have a glass, a glass that has water, you have a whole tank-full of water from where you filled it, while so many of your undear and unknown brothers and sisters in this huge whole wide world didn't get even that drop that you just spilled while filling it. But no, people choose to see the half empty glass, they still want to hold on to the glass that's getting heavier with each passing second, with each evaporating drop of water every minute holding on to it for hours together competing on who can hold it longer, who can bear more pain, sustain more strain, who can live with that burden for another long day in life rather than enjoying the the stress relieving solvent, the beautiful rehydrating creation that GOD has gifted us that keeps us alive."
Yes, it is true that somewhere the glass will be empty when you've drank all of it;
yes, it is true that while re-filling your glass, either little water will be spilled trying to fill up to the brim or the glass will be slightly empty; for some even the glass might break, shattering all hopes they had in life..
yes, there will be many sorts of problems in life, there will be a time you're empty, tired of giving your best, there will be a time your precious life will seem being wasted or little short of some more of it, sometimes all hopes will be broken; but you see, the interesting part is it's just another glass out of a set, just an opportunity that you missed, just another day that you regret you left blank, dry with no water in you to push you, to fuel you, to ignite you, to keep you up. Don't cut off that strong hand, don't give up; just take another glass, fill it again; because, there's nothing called 'an escape-way out of trouble', there's only a way 'through the trouble' in life. Enjoying every bit of life even through the harshest of times, a life gifted to us by our Creator to enjoy HIS colorful variant beautiful fragrant bright and loud creation. Yes, it is true that we have to face troubles, undesirable, unpleasant, abhorable scenes in the movie of our lives; but how do you expect a person to win over nothing and still be the hero?
